Privacy Policy

AI Signals Ltd, last updated June 2026

AI Signals Ltd (company number 17252974) organises community technology events in London. We're registered with the ICO (registration number C1949829) and take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you register for one of our events, we collect your name and email address. At some events we run a short survey asking about your role and organisation — this is always optional.

If you get in touch with us directly either to speak at an event, sponsor us, or just say hello , we'll keep a record of that correspondence.

Our website may use analytics tools to understand how people find and use the site. This is anonymised and not linked to individuals.

Why we collect it

We use your name and email to:

  • Send you joining instructions and updates about events you've registered for

  • Occasionally let you know about future AI Signals events (you can opt out any time)

Where you choose to share your role and organisation, we use this in aggregate and anonymised form to understand our community and share headline stats with sponsors and partners — for example, "40% of attendees work in engineering roles." No individual responses are ever shared or attributed.

We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Sometimes our venues ask for a guest list for entry and building security purposes.

We use third-party platforms including Luma and Meetup to manage event registrations. These platforms have their own privacy policies which apply to data you submit directly to them.

How long we keep it

We keep registration data for as long as we're running events and you're engaged with the community. If you'd like us to delete your data, just ask.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at enteprisedeeplearninguk@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.

You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk if you think we've handled your data badly.
